The Hanover Area Management Association (HAMA) promotes opportunities for education of our members. Opportunities include monthly dinner meetings and seminars.
The Showcasing/Sponsorship Program is designed to bring awareness of related business and service providers to our general membership. This is a great opportunity for businesses to present and promote their product or service. HAMA has initiated this program in order to add extra value to our membership. The HAMA Board of Directors will approve all sponsors and showcasing.
As a Regular Event Sponsor:
- • A table in the meeting room will be provided for you to display your material. Opportunities exist for you to promote your business by interacting with HAMA members before and after the monthly meeting.
- • Prominent mention on our newsletter and web event.
- • Opportunity to speak up to five minutes to our meeting attendees about your products and/or services. There is only one sponsor for a meeting.
- • Reservations for two are included. Your company representatives will have reserve seating.
- • This is a $150.00 cost to any organization that has a minimum of 5 members or has been a member organization for 2 years. The cost to non-members is $250.00.
- • This is a free service to a member who is highlighted. From time to time the board will pick a highlighted member for a special occasion.
As a Regular Seminar Sponsor:
- • A table in the meeting room will be provided for you to display your material. Opportunities exist for you to promote your business by interacting with attendees before and after the seminar and during the break time. If you wish to have prize drawings, please advise us prior to the seminar. We encourage you to hand out your promotional materials.
- • You will receive 2 free reservations for a ½ day seminar and 1 free reservation for a full-day seminar. Main sponsors receive 4 free reservation for a ½ day seminar and 2 free reservations for a full-day seminar. We reserve the right to limit the number of reservations for special seminars.
- • Prominent mention on our newsletter.
- • Opportunity for Main Sponsor to speak up to ten minutes to our seminar attendees about your products and/or services. There is only one Main sponsor for each meeting.
- • A fee of $250.00 is charged for seminar sponsorship. $500 for a main sponsor.
